Senior Site Project Manager

Our client is a specialist Developer / Contractor involved in the delivery to completion of a Residential Flatted development in Bristol with over 150 Units valued at circa £30M.

To support their Operations Management team, they now require an experienced Senior Site Manager, ideally with a Main Contracting experience on Residential developments to support the post contract Delivery phase of this scheme through to completion and handover.

The role will involve the management of several Package Managers and liaison with both the Design Team and sub-contractor supply chain to drive the project to completion.

The ideal Senior Site Manager candidate will ideally have the following profile / background.

Commercial Main Contracting / Medium to Major Project background.

Degree qualified with a Construction discipline

Experience of delivering complex High value residential developments.

Effective Man management experience with a robust and driven style to ensure progress , quality and health and safety is ensured across the site.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 15 20 years experience of Site Management on Residential and Commercial developments above £20M value.

This is a key Site Management / Operational role for the business in Bristol for a Fixed Term duration of approximately 2 years.

The ideal Senior Site Manager candidate must live within daily travel distance to site in Bristol.
