Underwriting Operations Manager

A Global Insurer requires an experienced Underwriting Operations Manager to join their existing International Operations Leadership team to oversee all aspects of the organisations Underwriting processing and its development.

You will work closely with the Underwriters, Underwriting Support and Central Services teams to ensure efficient and effective processing, monitoring and reporting is undertaken. You will own performance measurement and monitoring of key operational processes, identifying root causes of performance variation and drive continuous improvements.

The successful individual will be tasked with updating and maintaining the standard operating procedures, heading up the development of the Data Analytics offering and work closely with the business on identifying peaks in business levels and how to improve through data quality and reporting.

You must have experience of the London Insurance market and ideally Lloyds, experience of running a variety of process improvement projects across Underwriting Processes platforms and extensive senior stakeholder management experience.
