Job Title: Azure Integration Developer

Location: Birmingham or London (Hybrid)

Rate: £500-£600 per day (PAYE via Umbrella)

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months, with potential extension

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on the development and integration of data platforms and services, leveraging cutting-edge Azure technologies. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data handling and integration across various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Lake, and other Azure services.
• Develop and maintain APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) for seamless integration with external and internal systems.
• Build and deploy Azure Functions and Apps to enhance the existing platform functionality.
• Use ETL tools to efficiently move, transform, and process data.
• Utilize MS SQL for database management, querying, and performance optimization.
• Work with .NET C# for backend development and integration of various business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance are followed.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Lake.
• Expertise in MS SQL and DAX.
• Proven knowledge in Azure API Management (APIM) and integration.
• Proficient in developing Azure Functions and Apps.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET C# for application development and integration.
• Ability to manage large datasets, ensure data quality, and optimize data workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Azure development and integration.
• Proven track record in working with large-scale Azure platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
