Job Description
- The construction project manager will be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters
- Be able to work on a variety of projects in different industry sectors
- Being a team player
- Be able to take the lead and run projects
- Plan projects and lead a team of APM's
- Support in troubleshooting the final deliverable after completion

The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor degree preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field
- 5 years experience as an PM
- Project experience needed within TI or healthcare
- Outgoing and collaborative personality
- Be able to work with clients and subcontractors
- Have a history of goal setting and adhering to time lines and budgets
- Have exemplary organisational skills
- Be able to run divisions independently
- Have estimating experience
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Prolog
- History of project management work with established companies
