Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client relationships and handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient transaction processing and client service.
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services to help RMs deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Handle account openings, transactions, and investment orders accurately and promptly.
- Acting as key client proxy for initiating client instructions, tracking & monitoring transactions, preparing relevant administrative loan documentation & instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Perform client due diligence, maintain accurate records, assist with portfolio reviews, and provide market insights to enhance client portfolios.
- Promptly recognizing and appropriately escalating issues to Management. Manage meetings and travel arrangements of RMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients across the Southeast Asia region.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess CACS Certifications 1 & 2
