Job Description

Anova is an NGO that empowers people and changes lives. Good health and quality of life is what motivates us to provide healthcare solutions and provide support to those who needs it most. The purpose is to assist with the coordination and project management of two concurrent proposals. This includes administration, communication, and updating of documents. The consultant will not be required to write any technical aspects of the proposals. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain/update a project schedule (task list and Gannt chart) for two concurrent proposals. Organise regular meetings with key stakeholders (i.e. technical staff participating in grant development) to review the project plan. Conduct ongoing progress monitoring. Identify tasks that are falling behind schedule and communicate to key stakeholders. Maintain a database of completed and in-progress documents. Maintain a database of grant-related documentation and reference materials for the grants, for example, RFIs, NOFOs, strategy documents and reports released by funder or other key stakeholders, relevant academic literature. Consolidate and draft administrative elements of the proposals, for example, CVs and cover letters. Assist with template development, consolidation of documents, formatting copy-editing and proof reading. Coordinate with marketing department to create high-impact visuals, graphics, diagrams for proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, data, and statistics required for grant applications. Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree or above preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources. Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing grant proposals and maintaining documentation. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with grant regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting procedures.
