The Job:

Join Skyray, a rapidly growing company at the cutting edge of designing, engineering, and building large-scale PV and Storage projects. We are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer who will be a key player in driving our projects from technical completion through construction to operational handover.

· Location: Lyon (France) with flexibility for home working

· Contract: Permanent (« CDI »)

· Travel Requirements: According to profile and experience

· Salary: A competitive salary related to your experience

· Experience: 0-3+ years preferred

· Start Date: As soon as possible

Skyray is a subsidiary of Everoze, an independent consultancy company specialized in renewable energy, energy storage and flexibility and has its headquarters in Bristol (UK).

Our headquarters are in Lyon and we have subsidiaries in Lisbon (PT) and Bristol (UK). We also work with Partners in several other European countries (Ireland, Spain, Estonia, etc.).

Your Role and Responsibilities:

· Participate in the electrical design of PV and BESS projects.

· Participate in the assessment of renewables connections into the grid.

· Participate in the review of tender and engineering designs perform by other companies.

· Guide project lifecycles from design to operational handover.

· Act as the main client contact, ensuring effective communication.

· Enhance internal processes in line with global standards.

Your Main Tasks:

In Your Role as Electrical Project Manager:

· Development support: Actively support solar and BESS project owners, offering technical advice during design, permitting, and construction tendering phases. This can include some site visits in Europe.

· Technical Assistance: Offer specialized technical support to the design and construction team.

· Standardization Expertise: Keep updated on national and international standards relevant to PV and BESS and suggest practical improvements to Skyray's internal methods and processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

· Professional Experience: 0-3+ years.

· Educational Background: Degree in electrical engineering,

· Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is essential for effective communication in our diverse work environment.

· Technical and Soft Skills: Skilled in electrical engineering (LV, HV, calculation note, design software like Caneco, PowerFactory or Etap, grid connections…) and project management.

· Personal Attributes: A rigorous and proactive approach to work, with a passion for sustainability and innovation in renewable energy.

· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
