POSITION SUMMARY

Individual collaborator responsible for analytics to drive improvement in process and performance in for procurement in a multi-national environment.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Development and improvement of data, analyses and reports
• Collaboration with procurement, supply chain, finance and IT teams
• Effective communication including presentations and video calls
• Improvement of decision making tools, systems, analyses

COMPETENCES & SKILLS

• Understanding of supply chain principles, supply chain planning (for example, demand, supply, inventory) and procurement processes
• Ease of working with technology to manage data and reporting
• Proficiency with corporate information systems such as SAP S4, IBP, BW, SAC as well as Excel, Access, Power BI
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Motivated and driven to deliver results despite challenges
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Project management
• Fluency in English & French

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree (University, business school or engineering school) covering supply chain principles
• Experience in a supply chain environment (for example, finance, planning, procurement, logistics)
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and development
• Demonstrated experience with project-oriented work environment
