We are working closely with a tech for good in the Bristol that is on the look out for a experienced IT Support engineer.

Necessary skills:

● At least 3 years experience in an IT support role or similar position ● Solid understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS

● Strong understanding of office networking

● Strong problem solving skills

● Good appreciation for system and network security

● Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload

● Able to effectively communicate to staff with different levels of technical ability
