My client is a market leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor, renowned for successfully delivering major commercial, Data Centre & Life Sciences projects across the UK.

They are an engineering and quality led business with excellent technical expertise and capability, and due to securing two of the largest commercial projects in London, require a Senior Electrical Project Manager.

The vacancies are on one of two schemes which are in the pre-construction phase currently, project completions are scheduled for 2026 and 2027.

Duties include:

• Preparation of commissioning documents
• Planning the development of the project and be responsible for any engineering issues.
• Prepare estimates for labour costs, material costs and equipment costs to determine project budgets.
• Delegation of works to the wider electrical team.
• Monitoring performance and output of subcontractors.
• Use the request for information system to communicate queries with the design team.
• Preparing risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are followed throughout the project.
• Ensure quality is to standard, constantly checking against requirements.
• Value Engineering, working with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to save money.
