This role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to take on a senior position, overseeing the commercial management of multiple groundworks packages across the Midlands.

In this role, you will lead the quantity surveying team and manage all financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budget control, and contract negotiation. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and in compliance with all regulations.

You should have significant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a strong track record in the groundworks or civil engineering sectors. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects.

This position offers a salary of £52,000 – £80,000 plus a comprehensive package, including a car allowance, pension, and holiday.
