Location: Home-based, Marseille office

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Manager to lead the commercial growth of one of the fastest-growing confectionery brands in the market. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts, working closely with marketing and new product development, increasing the penetration of branded products through retail channels.

Requirements to be a Commercial Manager:

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, preferably in confectionery.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
• Excellent relationship management skills with retailers, suppliers, and external agencies.
• Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed commercial targets.
• Dynamic leadership abilities to inspire and grow sales, marketing, and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager:

• Lead and manage the commercial strategy for the brand.
• Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive growth.
• Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility.
• Increase the penetration of our branded products through key retail channels.
