Trade Mark Paralegal

Our leading London Law Firm based in the City is seeking to hire a new Trade Mark Paralegal to their Commerce & Technology team on a permanent basis.

• Salary to £37,000 experience dependent
• Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
• Working directly with the Partner

Trade Mark Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and filing of trade mark applications and oppositions
• Following up on progress of trade marks from filing through to registration
• Advice in relation to oppositions
• Drafting assignment documentation
• Completing standard letters for trade mark applications and oppositions
• Dealing with the relevant trade mark registries and overseas attorneys
• Assisting with IP research and conducting searches

Trade Mark Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience working within an IP / Trade Mark team
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Proficiency in research tools and office software
• Able to work independently and part of a team
