A tier 1 contractor, working on projects of c£50m to £200m+, they’ve been around for over 100 years and are regarded as one of the top employers in Canada, having been recognised by some of the top awards/business press.

Their building business is looking to hire from the UK and they’re looking to fill several positions.

Operation’s Director - £115k to £140k+

Assistant Operation’s Director - £110k to £120k+

Project Director - £95k to £120k

Construction Manager/Senior Site Project Manager - £115k to £140k+

Senior Project Manager - £90k to £115k

Design Manager - £85k to £115k

Planner/Scheduler - £70k to £90k

As a Project Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of buildings & infrastructure in Vancouver and the surrounding regions. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of major construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £40m+.
