M&A Senior lawyer, immediately available, Bristol, Private equity portfolio business

Senior M&A Laywer – Bristol – Immediately available. Hybrid working. Interim for 6 months, could lead to permanent.

As the Senior Legal Advisor on M&A you will be advising the portfolio private equity company, as part of a small and dynamic team, on corporate matters, strategic corporate projects, product development, supplier partnering, as well as corporate governance. You will provide legal services to the business to ensure they maximise its legal advantage and minimise its legal risk.

You will have the opportunity to work on strategic and transformational projects, and large business-to-business contracts, working closely with the Head of Legal, Group GC and the wider business to drive a programme of change within the business.

Candidate Requirements:

• at least 6 years PQE (although other PQEs will be considered) with strong M&A experience
• A flexible working style with an ability to adapt approach to different personalities and various stakeholders.
• An innovative spirit and curiosity about business; a keenness for process efficiency and improvement.
