Job Title: Senior Tendering Manager - EPC Proposals (Power Transmission)

Job Description: Linxon UK is seeking a highly experienced Senior Tendering Manager to lead and oversee the preparation of EPC proposals in the Power Transmission sector. This role involves managing the entire tendering process, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the preparation and submission of EPC proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and finance teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare detailed cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Present proposals to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tendering or proposal management in the power transmission sector.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and the power transmission industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
