Job Title: IT Service and Licence Administrator

Location: Bristol

Salary: £28,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a Bristol based legal practice who are looking for an IT Service and Licence Administrator to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing application licenses and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.

The Role:

• Serve as the main contact for software licensing matters, providing license details to budget holders for managing renewals.
• Work with SMEs on annual Application Service Reviews and update operational documents as needed.
• Help the IT Service Management Specialist develop, maintain, and implement ITIL policies and procedures.

The Candidate:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The Package:

Base salary: £28,000
