ConTrust is a construction recruitment company based in the heart of London, conveniently located near the main train links: London Bridge, Liverpool St, and Fenchurch Street. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Office Manager to shape this pivotal role within our company. You will be instrumental in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently, and in maintaining the behind-the-scenes operations that are crucial to our success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to create a well-functioning work environment.
  • Support the director with administrative tasks and workload coordination.
  • Reporting and Data analyst
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Assist with the internal recruitment process.
  • Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
  • To support marketing content.
  • Shape the office management role and organise the back office/maintain it.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as an Office Manager or in a professional services role.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations and administrative functions.
  • Experience in a sales industry is highly desirable, preferably within recruitment.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) AND Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
