MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Manufacturing Business on the search for a Senior Project Lead. This is a perm role based in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a pipeline of appropriate manufacturing/engineering projects.
• Oversee the CAPEX budget to ensure maximum value.
• Lead and involve end users in defining production requirements.
• Create functional design specifications that meet company standards.
• Oversee all health and safety aspects of capital projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones, activities, priorities, and financials.
• Ensure compliance with user acceptance test protocols at pre-delivery stages.
• Manage key resources throughout the project lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.
• Proven record in successful delivery of capital projects, Large & Small.

Salary circa £70K + Benefits
