Project Director

Project Director required by a Tier 1 main contractor to lead the second stage preconstruction and construction for a £70M+ large new build industrial development in Avonmouth near Bristol.

This large multi-storey steel framed building is due to commence in the construction phase on site early in the new year, with technical complexities including the cold storage element and state of the art automation.

The successful applicant for the position will ideally come from an engineering background with prior experience of large industrial buildings, be ambitious, highly driven and with a successful proven track record of project delivery with a Tier 1 main contractor.

This position with a high degree of autonomy, will command a six figure salary and competitive package for the right person.
