Your Role

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Credit Risk and SAS expertise.


You will be an integral part of the BUK Risk Strategy team, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals to drive value through effective risk management. We prioritize a culture of inclusivity where all perspectives are valued and respected.

  • Project Support: Support multiple project workstreams as the credit risk representative.
  • Strategic Impact: Ensure we maintain return hurdles and drive optimized strategies within our approved risk appetite.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct necessary machine learning (ML) and deep-dive analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Communication: Present conclusions and insights at relevant forums to influence key decisions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster effective working relationships across functions and locations.


Your Profile

  • Technical Skills: Experience in SAS, SQL, and MS Office. Familiarity with Retail Credit Risk models, statistical methods, and risk management tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to generate insights from data, assess the commercial/financial impact, and recommend actionable steps.
  • Risk Management: Experience in analysing data/trends through a risk management perspective.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
