The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll be:

Networking, and developing new business

Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients

Candidate sourcing via job boards

Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person

Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

About you

Minimum 3 years’ experience and success in recruitment

Proven track billing record

Experience in and knowledge of the Energy sector

A natural mentor and leader

Competitive

Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
