Commercial Manager

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global, private equity backed business in their search for a Commercial Manager, in a newly created and business critical role.

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, this role will play a pivotal part in the ownership and delivery of the business' commercial strategy with oversight of pricing activities, bids and tenders and long term project contracts. You will adopt an analytically driven mindset to drive KPIs across the business, providing a key interface across the operational leadership team, shaping future growth.

You will have strong commercial experience and acumen, with experience in a similar role and a desire to join a growing, PE backed global business as they enter an exciting phase of their growth journey. You will be naturally strong with Data and have an analytical mindset, with an ability to converse across multiple levels of seniority. You will have strong experience of Microsoft Excel, with experience of using MI / BI tools. A relevant qualification would be advantageous, but not essential - Prior experience as an Accountant or working within a finance team would be preferred.

In return, a salary of £80-85k is on offer, plus a discretionary bonus and the opportunity to participate in the business EMI share scheme. This role will offer hybrid working of c.3 days per week in the office in Bristol, based near the train station.
