Senior Hardware Engineer

About the Role:

As a Senior Hardware Engineer you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary, experienced and diverse team to create and develop innovative hardware engineering solutions, for a prestigious aerospace and defence client, working on cutting edge projects.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Executing complex hardware design tasks in tandem with hardware development plan
• Conducting hardware requirements capture, preliminary design, detailed design including a range of analysis tasks
• Coaching/developing junior team members
• Delivering design artefacts in accordance with company and industry standards
• Working with other disciplines within an integrated team

Qualifications:

Degree/ HND electronics engineering or equivalent

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Hardware electronics engineering

Knowledge/ experience of digital &/or analogue electronics technologies

Engineering Development Lifecycle experience from concept to product certification

Ability to meet programme needs within time and cost constraints

Preferred Skills:

Mentor Graphics Expedition Enterprise
