OpenEdge Developer

You will join a global consulting, transformation and digital services business who are driving innovative solutions daily. They partner with clients to provide insight and to deliver cutting-edge technologies. Due to company growth, the team are looking for a Progress OpenEdge Developer to join their software team to deliver high quality software updates, process improvements and to collaborate with DevOps to build and deploy new versions of applications to managed environments.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Deliver high quality software updates
• Provide accurate estimated and progress reporting for assigned tasks in Azure DevOps
• Participate in process improvement activity, focussing on quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with BA’s, Architects and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered
• Collaborate with DevOps to build and develop new versions of applications to managed environments

Requirements:

• Eligible for SC clearance
• In depth knowledge of Progress OpenEdge technologies
• Software engineering background
• AWS or Azure experience
