Location:Based within the M25

Salary:Up to £48,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card

We are looking for a skilledAir Conditioning Engineerto manage the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across acommercial property portfolio within the M25. You will be responsible for ensuring all air conditioning systems operate efficiently and meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities of an Air Conditioning Engineer:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning units, including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and F-Gas regulations.
• Provide excellent service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Requirements of an Air Conditioning Engineer:

• Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
• F-Gas certification is essential.
• Strong knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF, and AHUs.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
