Your Role:

  • Support client engagements:
  • Assist on projects or workstreams and associated planning, control and reporting
  • Analyse, design and implement solutions to meet client needs
  • Build effective relationships with team members, client and partners
  • Contribute to development of the practice:
  • Knowledge sharing and training
  • Coaching and personal development
  • Supporting internal initiatives
  • Support marketing and business development efforts:
  • Identifying opportunities for new business
  • Contributing to thought leadership
  • Supporting campaigns and proposals
  • Reviews operational procedures and methods and recommends changes for improvement with an emphasis on automation and efficiency
  • Partners with the technical areas and identifies, researches, and analyses production problems, develops solutions and resolves problems.
  • Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, release and maintenance
  • Designs new programs by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.


Your Profile:

  • Either financial services consulting or change experience within the Capital Markets ecosystem (preferably post-trade)
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, several of the following topics:
  • Consulting
  • Programme / Project management
  • Business analysis
  • Capital Markets
  • Post-trade processing
  • Financial Market Infrastructure and/or Post-trade Financial Technology
  • Strategy, Operating Model and Process Design
  • Good understanding of capital markets, related trends and regulatory landscape
  • Strong FX business knowledge and familiarity with FX Products and Derivatives, Processes, Workflows and Trade Lifecycle
  • Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area is preferable.
  • Good understanding of a typical Deal lifecycle with various triggers and events.
  • Previous project experience on liaison between business SMEs, leadership, IT, vendor and cross functional groups to identify, analyse and document system functional and technical requirement.
  • Played a key role in the planning, testing and implementation of system enhancements and conversions by following appropriate guidelines and ensuring completion in a timely fashion.
