Senior EUC Engineer

SC Cleared Senior IT Support Engineer: Windows, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, AWS 2nd/3rd Line:

The Role:

• We are looking for an IT Support SME, who has extensive knowledge of 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line capabilities.
• Hybrid working role - between 1-3 days in the office per week 30 minutes South of Bristol.
• 6 month contract duration, highly likely to extend to 12 months.

• Candidates MUST have SC Clearance or higher to be considered

Responsibilities/ Requirements:

• 2nd Line Support and some 3rd Line support.
• Windows focused
• Expert with Active Directory, Group Policy etc...
• Cloud experience with Azure and AWS (Desirable)
• Office 365 Support among other Microsoft Software packages (Onedrive, Teams, etc....)
• ITIL Certified in IT Service Management
• Administration of Virtual Machines (Hyper-V/VMware) - (Desirable)
• Networking knowledge (VPNs)
• SCCM/MECM experience
• PowerShell scripting experience (Desirable)
• Fortinet Product experience (Desirable)
