Job Description

Your future team:

As a Buildings Design Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary technical team, managing and reviewing design packages by subconsultants. You'll collaborate with users and stakeholders to ensure our integrated facility meets all technical and operational requirements. Your expertise will be key in delivering projects on scope, quality, schedule, and cost.

Your missions:

️ Manage the multidisciplinary design elements of buildings, ensuring technical performance and appropriate responses.

️ Provide Subject Matter Expert advice and technical design guidance.

️ Review and integrate design packages to meet project standards.

️ Ensure design documentation aligns with project scope, standards, schedule, and budget.

️ Contribute to effective project implementation and technical planning.

️ Maintain Quality Management Arrangements through compliance with our Business Management System and Technical Manual.

️ Document processes and maintain appropriate records with quality controls.

️ Ensure staff and contractors understand the hazards and risks through effective Risk Assessment management.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills to be successful:

Experience with major new buildings, preferably multi-storey and multi-functional (e.g., Hospitals).

Awareness of major civil infrastructure projects, preferably in a marine environment.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering.

Preferably a Chartered Architect/Engineer, registered with the appropriate body.
