Job Title: UX Designer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user needs and market trends.

• Create user personas, user stories, and storyboards to guide design processes.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, Business Requirement docs and high-fidelity designs to illustrate design concepts.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Maintain a competitive edge by staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Provide guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.

• Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Axure or InVision.
