We're growing and looking for a Project Manager with some steel and commercial construction experience in Lehi, UT to help us scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project objectives and ensure all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues in a proactive manner.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, equipment, and materials, and ensure they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the steel construction industry.
• Solid understanding of steel fabrication, steel erection, and commercial construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
