We are the ones providing advice, steering technological choices and giving AXA access to innovations that will support its transformation into a customer-centric tech-led company. For this, we work in close partnership with all AXA entities.



PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM


Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) is part of Identity Global Products Line within Group CIO in AXA Group Operations.

IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared products in IAM space for:


  • Employees working for AXA (I AM-Employee)
  • Users working for AXA business (I AM-Business)
  • Customer users of AXA (I AM-Customer)


As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework, AXA has selected Saviynt solution in the cloud for its new Group Identity Governance and Administration platform. This new platform called “LISA” (Lifecycle of Identities and Secured Authorizations) aims at managing any identity of the Group (internal, external, robots), and their related authorizations.



JOB PURPOSE


IAM CoE is looking for an IAM Business Analyst:


  • Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
  • Analyzing and interpreting business needs and opportunities for improvement coming from our internal customers but also from practices observed.
  • Providing recommendations and insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.


MISSIONS


Structure requirements.


  • Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges in entities but also in AXA GO
  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements and insights.
  • Utilizing a range of analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Assisting in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for new business solutions.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends.
  • Leading or participating in cross-functional teams to address complex business issues and drive collaborative problem-solving.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry knowledge.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and advocating for innovative solutions and process efficiencies.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and a shared sense of purpose towards achieving business goals.


Document practices


  • Analyzing and documenting current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams to illustrate business requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Contributing to the development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and return on investment assessments for proposed initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and support during the implementation and testing phases of new systems or processes.
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet the defined requirements and standards.
  • Documenting and maintaining comprehensive records of business requirements, decisions, and project-related communications.


Monitor processes


  • Evaluating the potential impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, systems, and resources.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for further enhancement.
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential obstacles or challenges that could impact project success.


Votre profil


Technical skills


  • Minimum 5 years of proven successful experience in IT infrastructure / security in a large scale organization in a Shared-Services setup.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, solutions and services: identity management & authorizations.
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration
  • Familiar with Product Management, Project Management and Process design practices.


Non-technical skills


  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and solve business problems.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Effective communication with various stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Business process knowledge: Understanding of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data analysis and modeling: Proficiency in using tools and techniques to analyze and model data for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Project management: Ability to manage project requirements, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • IAM knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry or business domain in which the business analyst operates.
  • Process design and reengineering. Capacity to model processes both in technical terms for IAM engineer and in Business terms (HR and Procurement) for internal customers
  • Fluent written & spoken English and a second language a plus.
