Clinical Trial Assistant

Within the Clinical Operations France, Africa and Middle East of an international laboratory, you will work in close collaboration with various Project Managers and teams of Clinical Research Associates. You will be in charge of several clinical studies and cross-functional tasks :

- Management of the promoter file, eTMF and original paper documents, in collaboration with the Project Managers,

- Management of the Investigator Study File preparation and follow-up, in collaboration with Project Managers and CRA,

- Contribution to the study feasibility process in collaboration with the Project Managers,

- Contribution to the preparation of submission files to the competent authorities and to the implementation of studies in the centers,

- Operational support to Project Managers,

- Preparation, organization, participation and minutes of team / study meetings,

- Back-up of other assistants when necessary.

Profile

- Knowledge of the world of the Pharmaceutical industry

- Experience of a minimum of 3 years in the management of international clinical trials

- Good knowledge of GCPs (ICH-GCP Guidelines training less than 2 years old)

- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluent English
