Your impact :

As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in all phases of development project, from the software architecture phase to the unit testing stages, including the solution implementation phase. Its responsibilities are therefore diverse.

As a tech Lead you have a real mentoring role with your team in order to support them, provide them with feedback and train them.

Your day to day :

As a Tech Lead fullstack you are expected to participate to design and deliver innovative and efficient digital solutions based on Micro Service architecture.

This includes :

• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Help team in technical challenges.
• Participate in developments to always be connected to the project.
• Code review and deployment.
• Drafting of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Micro Service architecture and Restful APIs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Work closely with product manager to release features and additions.
• Gain perspective on technical issues in order to guide the team and anticipate blockages and risks during the development phases.

Your strenghts and skills :

• Strong experiences at least 7 years of experience in application development ideally with Java and Angular.
• Tactical soft skills, as working with different cultures within a decentralized and complex organization - relationship building is a large part of the role
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users
• Excellent organizational skills, strong autonomy
