The Head of Account Management will hold a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth through effective management of existing client relationships. Leading the function, you will oversee strategies for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. This involves setting clear goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve optimal results. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our portfolio of products, aiming to maximise customer lifetime value. Additionally, as the Head of Account Management for the Private section you will act as a customer advocate within MHR, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhance service offerings. By fostering strong client relationships and advocating for customer needs, you will contribute significantly to MHRs overall success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the delivery of the Account Management revenue target in line with the company’s business plan.
  • To ensure the Account Management sales pipeline is maintained to provide forecast accuracy.
  • To assist and mentor Account Managers as and when required in all areas of sales procedures
  • To liaise and work with the Marketing manager in identifying account based opportunities
  • To create and jointly manage sales campaigns with the Marketing manager
  • To ensure all Sales Managers drive home the Account Management order intake targets
  • Producing an accurate Sales forecast
  • Working with the Sales Leadership group in identifying key opportunities for growth
  • Supporting the Account Managers in minimising customer complaints and achieving highest customer retention
  • Ensuring all Account Managers carry out their duties in line with company procedures
  • Ongoing responsibility to identify and introduce efficiency gains in business processes
