Project Manager - New Product Development

Drinks / Beverage / FMCG Industry Experience (MUST HAVE)

Location - 3 days a week in London

We are looking for a Project Manager to join family-owned, multi-channel retail business, specializing in the drinks industry to work on New Product Development (NPD) projects. This would involve overseeing execution from project inception through to market launch, ensuring buy-in and sign off from all stakeholders and meeting the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager / A good understanding of project management frameworks and tools
• Solid understanding of the drinks industry, including global market trends, packaging requirements and innovations (including labelling), consumer preferences, and regulations.
• Experience working on New Product Development Projects
• Worked on both Business and IT focused projects, programmes and initiatives.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment without strict governance and processes currently in place, but undergoing organic maturity, improving ways of working, processes, and governance that is right/required, but not over doing it.
