Job Summary

Connected search are on the lookout for an experienced Programme Manager to join a rapidly growing specialist engineering company. the role will oversee and manage complex projects within a specialist engineering services company, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Create detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Making sure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Present regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Keep strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide junior project managers and team members.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in the engineering sector.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Show leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field, advanced degree preferred.
