  • Up to £50,000 pa depending on experience
  • Permanent, 40 hours per week,

Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Manager to join their Finance team. If you have experience, highly developed communication skills and are self-motivated with an ability to prioritise we would love to hear from you. With the head office based in Stanmore, ILG currently owns and operates 25 independent schools and nurseries in the UK. As our Purchase Ledger Manager you will be working with and managing a small team of clerks. Within the role you will be responsible for the maintenance of accurate accounts, reconciliation of systems and bank accounts, monitoring all purchase orders to ensure invoices are received and posted. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely payments to suppliers and resolving issues as they may arise.


We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, is able to motivate and get the best out of a team. The ability to positively enhance the working environment is essential as you will be managing a team within the head office environment.


Previous purchase ledger experience is essential as is managerial or team leader experience.
