Role

• Ensuring the smooth operation of commercial building systems on corporate and government sites through the delivery of effective maintenance services.
• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks.
• Receive and action reactive/emergency job requests through a CAFM system.
• Servicing a range of electrical and mechanical building systems.
• Liaising with clients, managers, team members, and external contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records of work.
• Ensuring compliance with H&S standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Facilities Maintenance Engineering.
• Full UK Drivers License with no more than 6 spent points.
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Diploma 2330/2365 (or equivalent).
• Must be located in Hertfordshire.
