A leading global law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer with 8 years' PQE to support its Corporate Finance practice in London, with a particular focus on listed public company advisory work. The role also involves broader support across the Group’s practices, enhancing knowledge management and delivering high-quality training.

The successful candidate will draft, update, and automate legal precedents, provide current awareness on key developments, and respond to lawyer enquiries with expert, timely advice. The role includes contributing to client-facing initiatives, developing and delivering training programmes, and ensuring the Group’s knowhow is comprehensive and current.

This position requires a law degree, current licence to practice, and at least 8 years' experience in a London Corporate practice. Expertise in corporate finance law, particularly in relation to listed companies, is essential. Strong English language skills, effective time management, and a collaborative approach are also key.

The Knowledge Lawyer will play a vital role in fostering a knowledge-sharing culture, building relationships across the firm, and supporting the adoption of knowledge systems. Reporting to the Lead Knowledge Lawyer for the Global M&A Practice Group, this role offers the chance to contribute to a globally recognised practice and be part of a supportive and dynamic team.
