A leading US law firm in London is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate with approximately 6 years' PQE to join its Corporate Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will have law firm experience in corporate transactions, particularly in real estate joint ventures, preferred equity, and real estate portfolio and operating company acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Candidates with strong private M&A or private investment funds experience may also be considered.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled associate to join a prestigious US firm in London, contributing to a high-performing team and working on complex, high-value real estate transactions.
