The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Advanced Adoption Specialist (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Ensuring Solventum’s solution put in place aligns with both the end-user requirements as well as the business objectives behind the project, based on the expertise of Solventum’s solution and deep understanding of the customer’s documentation workflows/requirements. Leading clinical workflow discovery and design discussions, to capture configuration specification, training requirements and identify opportunities for workflow and user experience improvements Configuring and testing systems/clinical workflows during project implementation by following a process that includes requirement intake, documentation maintenance, test plan creation, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and necessary configuration amendments to meet customer requirements. Leading training and user engagement activities by delivering demos and presentations, creating a training strategy and plan, customizing training material, providing train-the-trainer sessions, and offering end-user training and go-live support both remotely and on-site. Supporting project delivery as the Subject Matter Expert and being the link between Solventum and the end users. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High Level Education in Medical Sciences or Education of Adults or equivalent through experience. Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Management, or a related domain with a strong affinity for technology; or equivalent qualifications through experience. IT skills incl. MS Office. Experience in Healthcare / Healthcare IT In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) clinical workflows, clinical documentation and familiarity with main EMR/EPR local systems Experience in training clinicians (planning and delivery) Experience in software implementation and change management projects in general Experience in creating customer facing product documentation such as quick reference guides, training videos, demo collateral etc. Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing Ability to travel to customer sites as required. Ability to work independently (mainly from home) and as part of a team. Current, valid Driver’s License. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with speech recognition or natural language processing Additional Skills Customer focus communication and presentation skills analytical skills Problem solving and attention to detail Strong in building professional relationships with customers and colleagues and a team player Work location: Remote 100% from Italy Travel: May include up to 50% domestic Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
