The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Software design, coding, and debugging the Coding and Reimbursement System. Apply Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and principles in software design and development. Work with other software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems. Adhere to team design and coding procedures and standards. Interact with customers to resolve operational problems and determine customer requirements. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of combined experience developing browser-based and/or Windows applications OR High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of combined experience developing browser-based and/or Windows applications AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 3 years experience in web services standards and coding Fluent in English and Italian Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Experience in user interface design and human factors Strong communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, development environments and tools. Database experience with SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers, referential constraints, and query optimization 3 years experience with C/C++ Work location: Hybrid (job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Milano Italy at least once per month) Travel: May include up to 5% /international Relocation Assistance: Not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
