Senior Revenue Specialist

This rapidly expanding US Law Firm based close to Liverpool St is looking for a new Senior Revenue Specialist to join their London office on a permanent basis to support the London and international Corporate practice groups.

• £65,000 - £75,000 plus fantastic benefits
• Hybrid working - 3 days office and 2 remote – Hours 9.30am – 5.30pm
• City of London

This newly created additional Senior Revenue Specialist role will report directly into the Head of Revenue in their US Headquarters located in Silicon Valley. The Senior Revenue Specialist will be one of two based in stylish and open plan office space in directly supporting Partners with full billing and collections lifecycle.

Senior Revenue Specialist Key Responsibilities;

• Producing draft & final complex, multi-matter, multi-currency invoices, issuing credit notes, ensuring bills are prepared in accordance with client arrangements and terms
• Lead on monthly revenue meetings with Partners in London
• Producing proformas and distributing to lawyers and Partners in accordance with Firm policy, client arrangement terms, rates, discounts, etc
• Setting up matters and rates correctly on Aderant
• Handle any time and cost transfers and write offs when requested
• Troubleshoot any issues that occur during the billing process to avoid significant delays
• Collaborate with the London Partners to achieve specific targets
• Ensuring the compliance of all bills issued with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and VAT Regulations

Senior Revenue Specialist Key Requirements;

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a billing and revenue focused role, preferably in a US law firm
• Currently and advanced working knowledge of Aderant, and Excel
• Highly competent understanding of VAT and SRA rules
• Strong written, communication and organisation skills
