Senior Quantity Surveyor

A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Tower Hill.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small cost management consultancy who are looking to grow their team.

As a company they cover projects all over London and the southeast of England and deliver a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Retail and Life sciences. You will initially be running an office extension and fit out scheme in London and a new build Student Accommodation project.

The Senior will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion, whilst also supporting and helping to develop the Junior staff on site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to play an integral role in the growth of a company and have impressive long-term progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
