Senior Quantity Surveyor - North West London

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role:

Join a leading civil engineering company as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, where you'll play a key role in driving the success of high-impact infrastructure projects. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead on cost and value reporting, keeping projects on track financially.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and keep commercial plans updated.
  • Take the lead on subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors, helping them develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet targets and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

  • Membership with RICS or similar professional body.
  • Experience with water or utilities projects.
