Job Description

BAM Nuttall are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Health and Safety Administrator who can strengthen our existing team, delivering large civil engineering projects across Scotland. The projects are predominantly within the energy infrastructure sector, building new substations and HVDC converter stations to support Scotland's transition to net Zero.

Your mission

  • Supporting the Health and Safety team, and management, in organising the paperwork/administrative activities in relation to safety inspections, reporting to stakeholders, and providing feedback to employees
  • Helping management in the preparation of reports RAMS, Permit applications, COSHH, etc. Experience in this would be desirable.
  • Support with organising necessary safety training for the company
  • Logging injuries and dangerous occurrences to the Health & Safety team
  • Be a great communicator and build relationships with stakeholders
