Your new role
Our client is looking for a proactive Finance Manager who will be involved in all areas of financial management. This includes overseeing ledger management, conducting detailed analyses, and participating in strategic planning. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, ensure adherence to financial regulations, and provide insightful recommendations to enhance the company's financial stability and growth.

Key duties will include:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and assist with the preparation of annual budgets and funding requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's objectives.
• Stakeholder management
• System and process improvement
