Join a Leading Asian Bank as a Product Sales Manager (Cash Management)

A leading Asian bank with a strong presence across Asia is seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager (Cash Management) to join their Singapore team. The bank is renowned for providing innovative financial solutions across corporate banking, transaction banking, trade finance, and cash management, empowering businesses across the region to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Collaborate with the Product Manager and Corporate Banking to provide expert advisory on cash management, corporate internet banking, and trade finance products.
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze market information to drive product innovation and product optimization.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies and budgets for cash management and trade finance, focusing on domestic and cross-border operations.
  • Product Solutions: Design and tailor trade finance solutions and pricing strategies to meet corporate clients’ needs, improving the bank's competitive position.
  • Business Objectives: Create marketing channels to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, enhancing the bank’s offering in transaction banking.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and execution of the annual budget for cash management and trade finance, including strategic planning and action plan development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication of product information to internal stakeholders, ensuring product alignment and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of experience in Global Transaction Services (GTS) with deep expertise in corporate banking, product sales, trade finance, and cash management.
  • Banking Knowledge: Good understanding of banking products, credit facilities, risk management, and the regulatory framework governing corporate banking.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong relationship management abilities.
  • Proactive: A client-focused attitude with a proactive approach to business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in Taiwan and clients in Greater China.
