Expert Consolidation - Consultant H/F

Who is the company and context?

Our client is looking for its new Expert Consolidation Consultant H/F to join their teams based in Paris!

What will I be doing?

You will be part of the consolidation & regulatory practice of the Services team. As a consolidation CPM senior consultant, your day to day work may include:

- Technical consulting including product implementation, integration or audit projects;

- Business-solutions consulting including the analysis of client's current business objectives and business processes;

- Designing and implementing solutions to meet client's needs;…

The Consolidation Expert is also responsible for:

- Implementing best practices on consolidation projects;

- Anticipating and handling risks;

- Assisting sales and presales;

- Ensure coworkers hardskills learning;

- Sharing information and feedbacks to their peers;

- Training clients, partners and coworkers in the mid-term;

- Communicating (in writing and in speaking) clearly and effectively;

- Driving projects forward with minimal guidance while acting as a resource for colleagues; …

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills :

• Ideally a finance background with a master’s in finance or engineering or related disciplines and/or related certification;
• 8/9 years of experience with at least 5 years of projects implementation;
• Strong knowledge of statutory consolidation and consolidation tools and software, SAP BFC is greatly appreciated, as well as HFM, OneStream, …;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to summarize and solve problems;
• Driven and Proactive, and great team player;
• Fluent in English and another language is a plus.
